Personal Styling Policies
Styling is a relationship that is designed and defined by the client with the stylist’s agreement (A Style Breeze), and which is based on the Client’s expressed interests, goals, and objectives. This Agreement will begin with an initial package term and may continue thereafter if the client chooses with an additional package.
TRAVEL
We will travel as far as needed, however we do charge a travel fee.
If we are traveling via car more than 25 miles outside of our home office, it will be a base fee of $30. If you are living more than 40 miles outside of our home office it will be a base fee of $30 plus an additional fee of $.75/mile.
If a flight is needed, we ask that the flight is covered along with an additional travel fee. More information will be provided upon request.
CANCELATION POLICY
All A Style Breeze services are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times.
PAYMENT & FEES
Payment of service fees are due 24 hours before the time of the appointment.
PRIVACY & IMAGE USE
Stylist acknowledges that they may obtain confidential personal and/or business information from the client and agrees to keep and maintain such information confidential and not to disclose or use such information without the client’s prior written consent. The client agrees that the stylist has the right to images taken by A Style Breeze team and may use them for business marketing purposes.
CONSIGNMENT
In the instance that we take items to consign for you, the client understands that clothing will be sold and funds will be credited to your next service or paid to the client within 30 days. In the event that clothing does not sell, clothing will be donated unless previously agreed to be returned to the client.
LIABILITY
Liability: We are not liable for clothing that is lost or stolen after we assume possession with the purpose to donate or sell on behalf of the client. Once clothing is in our possession, the client relinquishes rights to clothing.
